In December of 2019, Christian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. His winning attitude and consistent work ethic led to extensive on-campus involvement, including but not limited to a Resident Assistant, Assistant District Director of Wisconsin for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and a Warhawk Ambassador.
Christian developed a strong foundation of workforce experience with Advocate Aurora Health’s (AAH) intern program. As a Finance Intern, He focused on analyzing financial statements, creating departmental budgets, and bolstering his MS Excel skills. Christian’s financial analysis capabilities seamlessly translated to real estate. The time he spent with the AAH Real Estate Department strengthened his understanding of key industry fundamentals and influenced Christian’s decision to pursue Real Estate after earning his diploma.
Christian is a natural communicator with an aptitude for networking. Early on in his career, he began forming several relationships with leaders from multiple vocations. These relationships led him to Colliers International | Inland Companies. Colliers hired Christian as a Real Estate Intern in late-February 2020. During the term of his internship, Christian’s professional demeanor and eagerness to learn were noticed. In October 2020, Christian accepted a full-time offer from Colliers as a Property Management Administrator at the 411 East Wisconsin Center in downtown Milwaukee, WI.
